1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
1 ¼ cups warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey or malt syrup
1 tbsp baking soda (for boiling water)
Instructions
Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Slowly add warm water and mix into a dough. Knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.Add the Blueberries

Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil and add baking soda. Boil each bagel for 1 minute per side.Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake bagels for 22–25 minutes until golden. Cool on a rack before serving.
