Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1½ tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp ground black pepper
¾ tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil (for cooking)
Instructions
Mix all the spices into the ground chicken in a large bowl. Use your hands to combine gently—don’t overmix.
Shape into 8 equal-sized patties, about ½ inch thick.
Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Optional: Use an air fryer at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Rest the patties for 2–3 minutes before serving.
