Ingredients
Chicken breasts – 2 (grilled or baked, thinly sliced)
Pita bread – 4 rounds (whole wheat or Greek-style)
Greek yogurt – ½ cup
Cucumber – 1 cup, chopped
Tomatoes – 1 cup, diced
Lettuce – 1 cup, shredded (Romaine or iceberg)
Feta cheese – ¼ cup (optional)
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Salt & black pepper – to taste

Instructions
In a bowl or ziplock bag, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Grill or bake the chicken until internal temp reaches 165°F (about 6–7 mins per side). Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add dill or mint for a fresh twist. Optional: stir in 1 tsp tahini for extra creaminess.
Warm pita rounds briefly in a dry skillet or microwave. Layer yogurt sauce, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chicken, and a sprinkle of feta cheese.
