Description
A bold, cheesy burger packed with savory ranch seasoning, Worcestershire umami, and melty cheddar. This crack burger recipe is your next obsession—easy to make, impossible to forget.
Ingredients
For the Burger Patties:
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ cup bacon bits (optional)
4 ice cubes (optional, 1 per patty)
For Serving:
4 hamburger buns (brioche or potato rolls preferred)
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional)
Butter for toasting buns
Instructions
In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Avoid overmixing to keep the patties tender.
Divide the meat into 4 equal portions. Flatten into patties. For juicier burgers, press an ice cube into the center of each patty and seal the meat around it.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side. In the last minute, add cheese on top and cover to melt.
Butter the buns and toast cut-side down until golden—about 1–2 minutes.
Layer your toasted buns with the cheesy patty, bacon bits, lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite sauce. Serve hot and dig in.
Notes
- Use 80/20 beef for max juiciness.
- The ice cube trick keeps patties moist—perfect for thick burgers.
- Add bacon in or on the patty for texture and smoky flavor.
- Spice it up with pepper jack cheese or hot sauce.
